I emailed Kriegers and promptly got a response and apt time. Took my car in and it took appx 1/2 hour for the plate/holder to be repaired. I was greeted warmly, taken care of in a timely manner and was welcomed with a friendly smile and greeting by the lady at the desk in the waiting area.
